My motivation
My sense of drama, atmosphere and emotion have been formed and refined by my years
in the world of theatre, art and design. I see beauty in everything and everyone and feel it
is my mission in life to capture that fleeting moment where emotion and beauty meet.
My skills
I am a perfectionist and I will work with great passion and enthusiasm, and simply keep
going until I am satisfied with the result.
Extrovert by nature, I have no difficulty in putting people at ease. This stands me in good stead when I am covering events or making relaxed and spontaneous portraits.
After years of experience in the world of interior design, I am confident of my ability to make strong compositions for products and interiors.
My work
One of my specialities is the portrait: individuals, children, families, group portraits and corporate shots - I have spent years honing the art of not just making the person look good, but also capturing their inner essence. My photos are intense and often disarming.
When reporting on various events, I know I have to be at the right place at the right time without disrupting the real moment. I try to catch the key moments of the event as well as its atmosphere.
My years of experience in the world of interior design have taught me the best ways to showcase a product, and to create the right mood around it. My interior photos are visual poems of structure, material and composition.
Alongside commercial photography, I am also interested in art photography. I am fascinated by urban landscapes, alive with the rhythm and movement of the street. I love to capture moments in nature which are powerful statements about life and decay. My lens seeks unusual compositions of lines and surfaces, finding beauty in the everyday, and making the most mundane observations, unique.
